Ben's Dirty 30 - Old Ale

There is never a better way to celebrate the big 3-0 by brewing a beer on that day. I will be brewing not just any "old" brew but one that has 30 ingredients in it! I will be making an old ale and trying to stay to style, but also have a little bit of added twists. This will be my second all-grain brew, and to making the process a little bit easier. I got myself a bigger burner and upgraded from a 7.5 allumium pot to a 15.5 gallon stainless steel pot. At some point I will be addeding spigot to my big boy pot.
